Helping you find the balance in life
Health is not really something that you automatically have. Nor does it magically disappear like your plate in a restaurant when you have finished your meal. Good health is also not something you can have measured by your doctor in easy-to-use dosages - or even in large amounts from a specialist or the hospital. Only you and you alone can ensure and maintain your own health, and it can be done by all of us using nothing more than lifestyle therapy.
What is Lifestyle Therapy?
In basic terms, our aim is to treat the whole person, not just look at the symptoms and then try to alleviate them. We are the total sum of all of our individual parts, the body and mind are one interconnected. By trying to use the body’s own healing process, supporting and nurturing the immune system and paying attention to what we eat, when we eat, how we eat. And when necessary, trying to discover the basic causes that seem to often underpin many illnesses.
In this endevour we may use:
Live Blood Analysis
Computerised Magnagraph Reading
Herbs
Phytonutrients
Vitamins
Minerals
Diet
Exercise
Weight Loss
Homoeopathy
Massage
Aromatherapy
Blood Analysis
Just one drop of ‘live’ blood from your finger will give us an enormous amount of information about your health. The first sample is to look at functions and activity of the cells. The other is a dried sample that shows waste by-products which could be produced anywhere in the body. This shows any underlying health problems such as a weakened immune system, possible vitamin and mineral deficiencies, inflammation and a lot more. Plus you will be able to see your own blood on a screen, which is quite an experience in itself.
But not all live blood analysis is created equal. The HRBM® blood test was formally known as Live Blood Analysis. It was changed in order to differentiate it from less comprehensive blood microscopy techniques such as hemaview and other dark filled blood analysis, which also use the term Live Blood Analysis. It should not be confused with the HLB®.
HRBM® is exclusive to the Bradford Research Institute in the USA.
What is the Magnagraph and how does it work?
The magnagraph is a state-of-the-art Data Collection System, which determines bio-energy readings by passing two wavelengths of pulsed light, one red and one infrared, through body tissue to a photo detector and are captured at 120 times a second.
The energy signals collected are used to evaluate changes in cardiac, vascular and pulmonary activity. Responses in gastro-intestinal tract sensitivity, irritation and also inflammatory processes are evident to assist in the diagnosis.
The importance of gathering information about energy patterns of the body is a relatively new but very effective means of confirming or questioning other assessment data. It can often highlight an area of irritation or inflammation that may not otherwise be evident.
Your initial consultation includes a full health assessment which consists of a live blood analysis, blood pressure and pulse rate check, electronic body fat percentage, digital body weight calculation, nutritional and lifestyle education, heart rate and a general wellness assessment using an electronic computerised magnagraph reading, which is a data collection system evaluating all aspects of the cardiovascular and bodily functions.
